		<description>I just found Microsoft's amusing article on &lt;a href="http://support.microsoft.com/kb/320167" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;how to rename multiple files&lt;/a&gt;, which outlines the behavior and then says:

&lt;i&gt;"If you make a mistake when you try to rename multiple files, you can press CTRL+Z, or click Undo Rename on the Edit menu to undo file rename action you just completed, and you can repeat this process as needed.&lt;/i&gt;

So they've been telling people to "repeat this process as needed" since 2002.  I don't think there's very far you can get with reporting bugs to companies that publish things like that.  I'd rather invest my time offering constructive feedback to &lt;a href="http://www.reactos.org/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;ReactOS&lt;/a&gt;...</description>
